I generally try to stay away from theme park news, but I thought this might we worth sharing. I’m listing these as “High Price” due to the theme park admission. However, if you have a Florida resident annual pass, the Universal Orlando Summer Concert Series is a great way to get out and enjoy an evening of music with the family. Pass holders also get free parking, so if you are one of the lucky Floridians that has one, you might want to check it out! This seems to be an annual event and the line up is getting bigger and better every year. The venue itself is actually pretty good. The stage is permanently located between the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit! roller coaster and the Twister show. My suggestion would be to arrive early and camp out up front for the best viewing of your favorite band or group. Some folks actually bring a sheet or blanket, during the day to hold their spots. We generally just hang out towards the back and listen from afar.I have also added each concert to the FrugalFloridaFun.com calendar, so be sure to add the calendar to your phone so you know who is playing and when.
Other artists performing this summer every Saturday night June 1 through July 6 include country artist Kip Moore and American Idol’s Adam Lambert.
