This weekend marks the first weekend of the Lake County Fair in Eustis! Along with the food, rides and games, there is also plenty of FREE entertainment available throughout the fair. Be sure to checkout the Robinson’s Racing Pig show along with the Firefighter Training Show. You still have time to purchase your mega Pass from Walgreens for $15 a person and gate admission is only $7 per adult, and $3 for children Ages 6-11. Five and under are FREE. Junior Leagues’ Kids In The Kitchen!
If you’re in the Daytona Beach area this Saturday between 9am to noon, stop by Jackie Robinson ballpark for a healthy family friendly event! Help teach your kids all about healthy eating and exercise. We went last year and really enjoyed the snack stations where the kids could get hands on with their healthy snack construction! Read more about last year’s even here.
Rhythm & Ribs!
So we have all heard that famous restaurant jingle about baby back ribs, but they have nothing on the St. Augustine Rhythm & Ribs event! My mouth is just watering thinking about it! Adult admission is $5 per person with kids under 13 and active military members FREE. There are quite a few musical acts including Sister Hazel, and be sure to bring some cash for some delicious ribs!
One Spark – Jacksonville:
Now this is the coolest idea I have run across in quite awhile! A mix between a party, crowd funding event, and social experience! Throughout a 20 block area in downtown Jacksonville April 7 to the 12th, this city wide event houses tons of upstart companies and tons of interesting community and technology projects. The general public has the ability to vote on which projects they think should actually get a part of the festival’s money pot! What makes this truly a community experience is that local businesses actually host the exhibits and displays, so they are spread out throughout the downtown area. We would love to go this year, but unfortunately we have already made plans. Don’t make the same mistake. Checkout their site below for more details and get out and explore Downtown Jacksonville!
Do you have Theme Park Annual Passes?:
Universal Studios Mardi Gras:
On Saturday April 11th, don’t miss The Band Perry as they rock one last Mardi Gras Concert! This musical event is included with you regular park admission and is a great way to use your annual pass benefits!
Bush Gardens Tampa Bay:
Continuing their inaugural Food and Wine Festival, Saturday 11th see KC and the Sunshine Band Sunday April 12, checkout Josh Turner. You can’t go wrong if you have an annual pass, you can checkout some awesome concerts!
